For a loan of Rs 10,000 with a tenor of 120 days, the fees charged are as follows:
Daily interest rate: 20%/365=0.054%
Interest required to be paid daily: 10,000*0.054%=54 rupees
Monthly interest required: 10,000*0.054%*30=162 rupees
Monthly repayment amount: 10,000*0.054%*30+ 10,000/120*30=2662 rupees
Total interest expense: 10,000*0.054%*120 = 648 rupees
The total payment amount to be paid after maturity of the loan is 10,000+648=10,648 rupees
- After the loan application is approved, the user will receive a loan principal of 10,000 rupees; after the loan is completed, the user's repayment amount will be the total principal plus interest, and no other fees will be charged
